RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your interest in our products and services. We carefully select premium products for our clients and want you to enjoy your purchases. As per our high-end products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please note, these policies do not apply to orders placed via our interior design services. Please refer to your design agreement and our design team if you have questions about orders placed through our design services team. All custom orders are final.

STORE CREDIT

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from our boutique online. new and unopened products may be brought back (or shipped back) to our boutique within 14 days of purchase for store credit.

Will only accept unused merchandise in its original packaging – we cannot accept any products that are returned damaged, used, soiled or otherwise deemed non-returnable. Upon receiving your item, merchandise will be inspected, and a store credit will be issued for products that meet these expectations - minus any fees associated with shipping or delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Please note, customers are responsible for any fees or costs related to shipping merchandise back to us. 

Products that cannot be returned for store credit are: special orders, sale items and "non-returnable” items, such as custom upholstery or any custom orders. If you have questions, please connect with our team prior to placing your order.

Sale items are FINAL SALE.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Should we be unable to fulfill your order we will contact you within 24-48 hours and provide a full credited to the original payment method.
